Prices
At Fruit Collective, all prices are originally in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and duties. Where applicable, prices will be shown in Euros or local currency (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Sweden). We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Sold-out items are subject to availability.
Payment
Fruit Collective accepts payment through Shopify Payments. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK, Euros (EUR), local currency (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Sweden) and inclusive of VAT. We are not responsible for pricing errors or discontinued items.
Delivery
All items are produced upon receiving your order. This prevents waste but also means that our delivery time is slightly longer than other stores. We aim to deliver within 10 - 14 days.
We do not ship outside the European Union
Unless otherwise stated on the item, all products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and shipping prices are based on the manufacturer's rates.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to material and/or manufacturing defects. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must report any complaints within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Fruit Collective will cover the cost of returning the item to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept shipments sent with cash on delivery (COD).
Refunds
If a refund is necessary, please provide your bank details, including bank code and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be safely provided via email or another electronic form, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund. Right of Withdrawal According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the first 14 days. The period is calculated from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several installments.
- You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.
- You receive the first item in physical possession when it concerns the regular delivery of goods over a specified period. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment within 14 days after notifying us. The notification must be sent via email to hey@fruitcollective.co, clearly stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notification of withdrawal should include the following information:
Name and address of the purchaser Date of order and receipt of the item Item(s) to be returned (item number and quantity) Reason for the withdrawal (optional)

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the item without clearly notifying us. Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Items that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Perishable or quickly deteriorating items.
Return Policy
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a complaint or exercise of the right of withdrawal.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring proper packaging. Please include a copy of the order confirmation. You bear the risk for the item from the time of its delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery (COD).
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you may try the item without actually using it.
Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us. In the case of any depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation showing that you have returned it.

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is done in accordance with the rules outlined in our privacy policy for Fruit Collective. In the privacy policy, you can learn more about how your information is processed, when it is deleted, and what rights you have as a data subject.
All items are produced by Printful, and information is shared as necessary for processing and delivering the item.
Fruit Collective is hosted by Shopify Inc. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application.
