Prices
Prices are shown in the currency available for your market and include VAT where applicable. Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in DKK, EUR, or another local currency. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment
fruit collective accepts payment through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods made available at checkout. Amounts are charged in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by obvious errors or product unavailability.
Delivery
All products are made to order after your purchase.
We currently deliver within the European Union only.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your location and what you order.
Estimated delivery within the European Union is 7-25 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, and busy periods.
Right to complaint
Consumers have a 2-year right to make a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for defects that were present at the time of delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction depending on the specific situation.
The right to make a complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or other damage caused by you.
You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
Where required by law, Fruit Collective will cover reasonable return costs in connection with approved complaints.
For complaints and for exercising your right of withdrawal, please contact us first at hey@fruitcollective.co before returning any item. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue or request.

We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery (COD).
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. If the order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the expiry of the withdrawal period by emailing hey@fruitcollective.co.
Your message should include your name, address, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the item without notifying us clearly.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us that you wish to withdraw.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
It also does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost, or to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Return Policy
fruit collective does not offer voluntary exchanges or open-ended return arrangements beyond your statutory rights of complaint and withdrawal.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
You are responsible for the direct return costs unless otherwise required by law.
Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely and include your order details.
You are responsible for the goods until we receive them back.
We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery (COD).
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value.
Refund
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
This does not include additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

To fulfil your order, relevant information may be shared with service providers such as Shopify and Printful.
Complaint Options
If you have a complaint about a product purchased from our webshop, you can submit a complaint to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. More information is available at www.forbrug.dk.
